Please, I was hoping someone might have the same problem with drinking even one swallow of alcohol as me. It happens after just one swallow of any type of alcohol (beer less), and happens within one minute. I get a nasty ache in my right shoulder, arm area. It's a very nasty ache that sometimes will radiate down to my wrist, and will last for 5 to 10 minutes then go away. I've had a pathologist tell me it's a sign of Hodgkin's disease, but have no palpable lymph nodes. Another doctor said it may be from gerd. I do get heartburn quite often, and have LA grade A esophagitis, but when this pain goes away, it leaves me with no heartburn type pains. Also when I have heartburn it never radiates down my arm. I was hoping someone else with gerd might have this same problem, and could share their experience, and then I could quit worring about Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Thank you in advance.
