Basically our hiatal hernia's are like small stomachs above our diaphragm and acid stays in it and just pools up burning a whole in your esophagus...this feels like someone stabbing you with a knife...Well after years of having this I finally got a piece of advice that would change my life forever... A pharmacist at 3:30 AM told me a diaphragm shifting technique that literally pulls my hiatal hernia underneath my diaphragm back into my stomach and gets rid of any heartburn I have for at least 2 weeks...I have been doing this for a year and it works amazingly! This technique is free, easy, and you can do it at home in 5 minutes...It gets rid of acid reflux, gerd, hiatus hernias, heartburn, and everything else... It disappoints me to no end how the medical industry sells us all this B.S. when a simple diaphragm shifting technique can be done for free and will work 1000 times better than masking the issue making you spend more and more money on these drugs that dont work long term! www.hiatusherniarelief.com
